Centralization of AI

Concentrated power isn’t just a problem for markets. Relying on a few unaccountable corporate actors for core infrastructure is a problem for democracy, culture, and individual and collective agency. Without significant intervention, the AI market will only end up rewarding and entrenching the very same companies that reaped the profits of the invasive surveillance business model that has powered the commercial internet, often at the expense of the public.

The inherent opacity of AI models, coupled with concerns regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias, raises questions about the ethical implications and trustworthiness of AI-driven systems.

Though Web2 Open-source AI can offer transparency, reusability, and extensibility, and these can be positive. But it does not address the problem of concentrated power in the AI market.

Even open-source projects like Open AI and Anthropic is operating under Microsoft and amazon due to computational constraint or their model philosophy "the bigger the better".

Koboto network address this issue through its dynamic & modular approach for the network design. Where the network can leverage inference from other networks without disturbing the privacy policy of other networks meanwhile improving their own foundational models; so, application specific agents can leverage to provide the best & desired inference all over to the consumers.

Using decentralized compute & verifiable markets in order to provide intitutive access for agent builders , so they can serve consumers . Meanwhile they will be incentives aligned to mention where you had taken the compute service, so we can emphasize decentralization of compute.
